I’m JANE, a PSYCHOTHERAPIST speaker, COACH & FILMMAKER,

Jane Garnett, AN Oxford-educated psychotherapist, keynote speaker, author, and former Hollywood producer helps leaders and organizations reclaim authorship of their lives and work.

Through her signature framework — "We Are the Movie” — Jane helps audiences shift from reactive roles into conscious authorship, transforming burnout, imposter syndrome, and emotional fragmentation into clarity, presence, and agency.

Her speaking explores authorship, embodied leadership, emotional intelligence, creative resilience, and the future of mental health.

Jane began her career in film production, where she became fascinated by the psychology of performance, identity, and power. She later transitioned into psychotherapy, earning her MFT, and discovered that many modern mental health systems replicate the very disempowerment they aim to treat.

Her work bridges psychology, creativity, and agency — helping individuals and institutions move from scripted performance to embodied leadership.

Jane works with executives, creative leaders, founders, and mission-driven organizations ready to move beyond performance into presence.

Jane hosts the podcast Sex, Psychics & Psychedelics, a cultural exploration of intimacy, consciousness, and transformation. Her new memoir, This Time With Feeling(2026), explores the cost of disconnection and the reclamation of inner authority.
