Jane Garnett is a Parnell Institute-trained Attachment-Focused EMDR practitioner and a depth psychologist trained at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Her academic foundation was established at Oxford University, where she earned both her BA and MA in English Literature.

Jane considers EMDR one of her most powerful tools for change—helping people get unstuck, break free from limiting experiences and beliefs, and rewrite the stories that shape their lives to effect profound, positive transformation.

EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess difficult experiences and reshape the beliefs and emotional patterns they leave behind. This powerful trauma-healing approach can help people move through a wide range of challenges, from big “T” trauma to blocks around relationships, identity, and creativity, empowering individuals to take true authorship of their lives.

EMDR Dance Party

ALL WOMEN.

This TIME WITH FEELING

After two decades in private practice, Jane Garnett is bringing mental health tools beyond the therapy room — into music, movement, creativity, and collective experience.

A healing rave for women, using the science of EMDR, the event blends music, bilateral stimulation, movement, intention-setting, and the power of gathering in person.

Each EMDR Dance Party is its own experience.Through bilateral stimulation, focused attention, and rhythmic movement, attendees are invited to release stuck energy, rewrite old stories, and celebrate aliveness.

This isn’t ecstatic dance or traditional therapy. It’s a guided space for introverts and extroverts alike to journey in parallel.

No dance experience needed. No forced connecting.

Come willing to move, feel, and write your next chapter.
